Well, apparently Executive Chef Alex Garcia is turning all of our dreams into his reality with the opening of Amigos, a Mexican eatery with a rotating roster of chefs. That’s right, Garcia is inviting his Mexican chef friends, including Adrian Leon, Aaron Sanchez, and Roberto Santibanez, to come in to his new restaurant and add their favorites to his menu once a month.
